     Frederick Augustus Hugh Elliot was born in 1847.1 He was the son of Edward Francis Elliot and Isabella Hardie.1 He married Constance Alice Impey, daughter of Surg.-Maj. Elijah George Halhed Impey and Jane Anne Riddell, on 28 November 1872 at Rutnaghery, South Konkan, Bombay, India.1,3 He died on 16 March 1910.1
     He held the office of Chief Justice of Baroda.2 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Indian Empire (C.I.E.)1

     Constance Alice Impey was born in 1852.2 She was the daughter of Surg.-Maj. Elijah George Halhed Impey and Jane Anne Riddell.1,2 She married Frederick Augustus Hugh Elliot, son of Edward Francis Elliot and Isabella Hardie, on 28 November 1872 at Rutnaghery, South Konkan, Bombay, India.1,2 She died in 1931.1
     From 28 November 1872, her married name became Elliot.1

     Lt.-Col. Edward Halhead Hugh Elliot was born on 18 December 1876.1 He was the son of Frederick Augustus Hugh Elliot and Constance Alice Impey.1 He married Ethel Winifred Fair, daughter of John Fair, on 17 February 1911.1 He died on 19 February 1944 at age 67, as a result of enemy action.1
     He fought in the First World War, and was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Field Artillery.1 He was awarded the Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1918 and bar.1
