Mary Maude Purvis-Russell was the daughter of T. Purvis-Russell.1 She married Sir Henry James Purvis-Russell-Hamilton-Montgomery, 7th Bt., son of Captain Thomas Henry Montgomery and Hon. Anna Maria Elphinstone, in 1882.1 She died on 6 October 1947.
She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)1 Her married name became Montgomery. From 1906, her married name became Purvis-Russell-Montgomery. From 1933, her married name became Purvis-Russell-Hamilton-Montgomery.1
