Sir Nigel John Denton Marsden, 3rd Bt. was born on 26 May 1940.1 He was the son of Sir John Denton Marsden, 2nd Bt. and Hope Llewelyn.2 He married Diana-Jean Dunn, daughter of Air Marshal Sir Patrick Hunter Dunn and Diana Ledward Smith, on 16 September 1961.1 He died on 16 November 1997 at age 57.1
He was educated at Ampleforth College, Ampleforth, Yorkshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Marsden, of Grimsby, co. Lincoln [U.K., 1924] on 22 July 1985.1
