James Hepburn of Keith was baptised on 21 October 1691 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG.2 He was the son of Robert Hepburn of Keith and Anne Murray.1 He married, firstly, Katherine Rickart, daughter of David Rickart.1 He married, secondly, Christian Denune, daughter of William Denune and Isobel Hepburn.1
He fought in the Battle of Preston in 1715, where he was taken prison with his father.1 In 1745 he supported Prince Charles Edward and was obliged to go abroad for four years.1

Sir Leslie Lynn Marr, 2nd Bt. was born on 14 August 1922.1 He was the son of Lt.-Col. John Lynn Marr and Amelia Rachel Thompson.2 He married, firstly, Dinora Delores Mendelson in 1948.1 He and Dinora Delores Mendelson were divorced in 1956.1 He married, secondly, Lynn Heneage, daughter of Michael William Walker Heneage, in September 1962.1 He and Lynn Heneage were divorced in 1998.3 He married, thirdly, Maureen Monk in 2002.3 He died on 4 May 2021 at age 98.3
He was educated at Shrewsbury School, Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Marr, of Sunderland, co. Durham [U.K., 1919] on 24 November 1932.2 He graduated from Pembroke College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He gained the rank of Flight Lieutenant in the Royal Air Force.1 He was a painter and draughtsman.1
