Lt.-Col. Ivone Kirkpatrick was born in 1860.2 He was the son of Alexander Richard Kirkpatrick and Catherine Louisa Trench.2 He married Mary Hardinge, daughter of General Hon. Sir Arthur Edward Hardinge and Mary Georgina Frances Ellis, on 17 July 1894.1 He died on 20 November 1936 at Buckhurst Hill, Essex, England.2
