     He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) for Chipping Wycombe from 1553 to 1554.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) between 1554 and 1585.2 He held the office of High Sheriff of Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire from 1566 to 1567.2 He lived at Chesham Bois, Buckinghamshire, England.1
