     Ronald Gulliver is the son of Ronald Charles Gulliver.2 He married Penelope Daphne Lushington, daughter of Sir Henry Edmund Castleman Lushington, 7th Bt. and Pamela Elizabeth Daphne Hunter, on 16 September 1967.1
     He was appointed Fellow, Institute of Chartered Accountants (F.C.A.)1 He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)1
