     Sir Francis Alexander Macnaghten of Dundarave, 8th Bt. was born on 18 May 1863.1 He was the son of Edward Macnaghten, Baron Macnaghten and Frances Arabella Martin.2 He married Beatrice Ritchie, daughter of Sir William Ritchie, on 6 July 1905.1 He died on 1 November 1951 at age 88, without issue.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He succeeded as the 8th Baronet Macnaghten, of Dundarave, co. Antrim [U.K., 1836] on 15 September 1916.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1 He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.)1

     From 6 July 1905, her married name became Macnaghten.

     Sir Frederic Fergus Macnaghten of Dundarave, 9th Bt. was born on 16 May 1867.1 He was the son of Edward Macnaghten, Baron Macnaghten and Frances Arabella Martin.2 He married Ada Webster, daughter of John Webster, on 22 December 1914.1 He died on 18 November 1955 at age 88, without issue.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.1 He graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)1 He was a practising solicitor in 1891.1 He succeeded as the 9th Baronet Macnaghten, of Dundarave, co. Antrim [U.K., 1836] on 1 November 1951.1 He was recognised by Lord Lyon King of Arms, and matriculated his arms at the Lyons Court on 9 July 1952.1

     From 12 April 1830, her married name became Eliott Lockhart.1
