Ellen Charlotte Conolly was born on 30 March 1804 at London, England.2 She was the daughter of Valentine Conolly and Matilda Dunkin.3,2 She married Francis Macnaghten, son of Sir Francis Workman-Macnaghten, 1st Bt. and Letitia Dunkin, on 6 January 1831.1 She died on 17 March 1893 at age 88.1
