     Ernest de Montesquiou Lacon was born on 1 May 1850.1 He was the son of Sir Edmund Henry Knowles Lacon, 3rd Bt. and Eliza Georgina Hammet.2 He married Charlotte Amelia Marcon, daughter of Lt.-Col. John Marcon, on 6 July 1876.1 He died on 31 May 1936 at age 86.1
     He graduated from Caius College, Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, EnglandG, with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Battalion, Duke of Cornwall's Light Infantry.1 He held the office of Mayor of Great Yarmouth in 1897.1

     From 6 July 1876, her married name became Lacon.

     Dorothy Mortlock Lacon was born on 8 November 1881.1 She was the daughter of Ernest de Montesquiou Lacon and Charlotte Amelia Marcon.2 She married William Albert Somerset Herbert Kevill-Davies, son of Captain William Trevelyan Somerset Kevill-Davies and Annie Richardson Lily Armstrong, on 30 April 1908.1 She died on 7 June 1965 at age 83.1
     From 30 April 1908, her married name became Kevill-Davies. She was Honorary Secretary, Queen's Institute of District Nurses.1 She held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Herefordshire.1 She was chairman of the Midwifery and Nursing Committee.1 She was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.) in 1918.1
