Sir William Foulis, 7th Bt. was born circa 1759.1 He was the son of Sir William Foulis, 6th Bt.1 He married Mary Anne Turnor, daughter of Edmund Turnor and Mary Disney. He died on 5 September 1802.1
He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Foulis, of Ingleby Manor, Yorkshire [E., 1620] in 1780.

Colonel Edward William Herbert was born on 22 March 1855.2 He was the son of Hon. Robert Charles Herbert and Anna Maria Cludde.2 He married Beatrice Anne Williamson, daughter of Sir Hedworth Williamson, 8th Bt. and Lady Elizabeth Liddell, on 12 January 1887.2 He died on 28 December 1924 at age 69.2
