Henry Willoughby Legard was born in 1805.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Legard, 7th Bt. and Sarah Bishop.2 He married Charlotte Henrietta Willoughby, daughter of Henry Willoughby and Charlotte Eyre, on 26 October 1839.1 He died on 21 November 1845.1
