William Sinclair, 2nd Earl of Caithness1

     William Sinclair, 2nd Earl of Caithness was the son of William Sinclair, 1st Earl of Caithness and Marjory Sutherland.1 He married Margaret Keith, daughter of Sir William Keith, 4th of Inverugie and Janet Dunbar.1 He died on 9 September 1513 at Flodden Field, Northumberland, EnglandG, killed in action.
     On 7 December 1476 he obtained a Crown charter of the whole lands of the Earldom 'to him and his heirs whatsoever.2' He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Caithness [S., 1455] circa 1480.1 He fought in the Battle of Flodden on 9 September 1513.

     Elizabeth Beaumont was the daughter of George Beaumont and Ann Ridsdale.1 She married Lt.-Gen. H. Huthwaite on 10 April 1828.1
     From 10 April 1828, her married name became Huthwaite.1

Margaret Hepburn1

     Margaret Hepburn was born circa 1456.2 She was the daughter of Adam Hepburn, Master of Hailes and Helen Home.1,3 She married Henry Sinclair, 3rd Lord Sinclair, son of William Sinclair, 2nd Lord Sinclair and Christina Leslie, before 4 December 1488.4 She died between 11 June 1542 and 14 December 1542.
     From before 4 December 1488, her married name became Sinclair.4

     Sir Patrick Hepburn, 1st Lord Hailes was born circa 1412.1 He was the son of Sir Adam Hepburn of Hailes and Janet Borthwick.2 He married, secondly, Ellen Wallace.1 He died after 6 December 1482.3
     He was created 1st Lord Hailes [Scotland] between 31 October 1452 and 14 June 1453.1

     Janet Hay was the daughter of Sir William Hay of Lochorwart and Yester and Alice de la Haye. She married Sir Alexander Home of Home and Dunglas, son of Sir Thomas Home of that Ilk and Nicole Papedy.1
     She was also known as Jean.1 Her married name became Home.1

     Arthur Annesley, 5th Earl of Anglesey was born between 1677 and 1683. He was the son of James Annesley, 2nd Earl of Anglesey and Lady Elizabeth Manners.1 He married Hon. Mary Thompson, daughter of John Thompson, 1st Baron Haversham and Lady Frances Annesley, between 27 July 1701 and July 1702.2 He died on 1 April 1737 at Farnborough, Hampshire, EnglandG, without issue.2 He died on 1 April 1737, without issue.3 He was buried at Farnborough, Hampshire, EnglandG.2 His will was proven (by probate) in May 1737.2
     He held the office of Gentleman of the Privy Chamber in 1691.1 He graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, EnglandG, in 1699 with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)
