Reverend James Trench was the son of Frederic de la Trenche and Margaret Sutton.1 He married Margaret Montgomery, daughter of Hugh Montgomery, 1st Viscount Montgomery of the Great Ardes, in 1605.1 He died on 13 March 1631.1
