     Hon. Charles Harward Butler-Clarke-Southwell-Wandesford was born on 9 November 1780.2 He was the son of John Butler, 17th Earl of Ormonde and Lady Frances Susan Elizabeth Wandesford.3 He married, firstly, Lady Sarah Butler, daughter of Henry Thomas Butler, 2nd Earl of Carrick and Sarah Elizabeth Taylor, on 12 October 1812.1 He married, secondly, Lucy French, daughter of Arthur French and Margaret Costello, on 10 August 1842 at Dunmore East, County Waterford, IrelandG.2 He died on 7 November 1860 at age 79.2
     He was given the name of Charles Harward Butler at birth.3 In 1820 his name was legally changed to Charles Harward Butler-Clarke by Royal Licence.3 He was also known as Charles Harward Butler-Clarke-Southwell-Wandesford by Royal Licence as of June 1830.2 He lived at Castlecomer, County Kilkenny, IrelandG.2 He lived at Southwell, Wandesford, EnglandG.1 He lived at Kirklington, Yorkshire, EnglandG.2

     Lady Sarah Butler was the daughter of Henry Thomas Butler, 2nd Earl of Carrick and Sarah Elizabeth Taylor.2 She married Hon. Charles Harward Butler-Clarke-Southwell-Wandesford, son of John Butler, 17th Earl of Ormonde and Lady Frances Susan Elizabeth Wandesford, on 12 October 1812.1 She died on 7 July 1838.2
     From 12 October 1812, her married name became Butler. From 1820, her married name became Butler-Clarke. From June 1830, her married name became Butler-Clarke-Southwell-Wandesford.

     Richard Le Poer Trench, 2nd Earl of Clancarty was born on 18 May 1767.1 He was the son of William Power Keating Trench, 1st Earl of Clancarty and Anne Gardiner.3 He married Henrietta Margaret Staples, daughter of Rt. Hon. John Staples and Harriet Conolly, on 6 February 1796.1 He died on 24 November 1837 at age 70 at Kinnegad, County Westmeath, IrelandG.3 His will was proven (by probate) in April 1838.3

     Henrietta Margaret Staples was born circa 1770.2 She was the daughter of Rt. Hon. John Staples and Harriet Conolly.1 She married Richard Le Poer Trench, 2nd Earl of Clancarty, son of William Power Keating Trench, 1st Earl of Clancarty and Anne Gardiner, on 6 February 1796.1 She died on 30 December 1847 at Garbally, County Galway, IrelandG, from influenza.2
     From 6 February 1796, her married name became Le Poer Trench.1 After her marriage, Henrietta Margaret Staples was styled as Countess of Clancarty on 27 April 1805.

     Colonel Edward Michael Conolly was born on 24 August 1786.2 He was also reported to have been born on 23 August 1786.3 He was the son of Admiral Hon. Sir Thomas Pakenham and Louisa Anne Staples.2 He married Catherine Jane Ponsonby-Barker, daughter of Chambré Brabazon Ponsonby-Barker and Lady Henrietta Taylour, on 20 May 1819.2 He was also reported to have been married on 25 May 1819.3 He died on 4 January 1848 at age 61.3
