     John Gordon, 4th of Auchieuchries, 2nd of Pitlurg was the son of Robert Gordon, 3rd of Auchleuchries and 1st of Pitlurg and Lady Jean Stewart.1 He married Janet Ogilvy, daughter of Alexander Ogilvy, 4th of Deskford and Findlater and Janet Abernethy, in 1542/43.1 He died on 10 September 1547 at Pinkie, Midlothian, Scotland, killed in action.1
     He fought in the Battle of Pinkie on 10 September 1547.1

     Her married name became Robertson.1 Her married name became Innes.

     Robert Innes, 3rd of Invermarkie was born in 1532.1 He was the son of Robert Innes of Monycabok and Marioun Ogilvy.2 He married Margaret Innes, daughter of Alexander Innes, 14th of that Ilk and Elizabeth Forbes, in June 1553.1 He and Margaret Innes were divorced on 19 November 1574.1 He died in September 1584, killed in the ensuing feud with the Innes of that Ilk, having been betrayed by his son.1
     He supported Mary, Queen of Scots, and later became a secret diplomatic agent.1 In 1580 he murdered his chief Alexander Innes, 18th of that Ilk and of Crommey.1
