     Emil Balogh was born on 1 August 1871.2 He married Eva Levy, daughter of Professor Bernard Levy, on 6 October 1903.1,2 He died on 31 December 1962 at age 91.2
     He was educated at Budapest Technical University, Budapest, HungaryG.2 He was director of the Transport Board at Budapest, HungaryG.1
