     Alfred Prinz zu Salm-Salm was born on 27 December 1814 at Anhalt^G. He was the son of Florentin Prinz zu Salm-Salm and Magdalena Flaminia di Rossi. He married Auguste Prinzessin von Croÿ, daughter of Ferdinand Victurnien Philippe Prinz von Croÿ and Princesse Constance Anne Louise de Croy-Solre, on 13 June 1836 at Roeulx^G. He died on 5 October 1886 at age 71 at Anhalt^G.

     Auguste Prinzessin von Croÿ was born on 7 August 1815 at Brussels, Belgium^G. She was the daughter of Ferdinand Victurnien Philippe Prinz von Croÿ and Princesse Constance Anne Louise de Croy-Solre. She married Alfred Prinz zu Salm-Salm, son of Florentin Prinz zu Salm-Salm and Magdalena Flaminia di Rossi, on 13 June 1836 at Roeulx^G. She died on 10 March 1886 at age 70 at Cleves^G.
     Her married name became zu Salm-Salm.

     Florentin Prinz zu Salm-Salm was born on 17 March 1786 at Senones^G. He was the son of Konstantin Alexander Joseph Prinz zu Salm-Salm and Viktoria Felizitas Prinzessin zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rochefort. He married Magdalena Flaminia di Rossi, daughter of Niccolo di Rossi and Angela Maria Baciocchi, on 21 July 1810 at Schloss Napoleonshohe^G. He died on 2 August 1846 at age 60 at Anhalt^G.

     Magdalena Flaminia di Rossi was born on 21 July 1795 at Ajaccio, Corsica, France^G. She was the daughter of Niccolo di Rossi and Angela Maria Baciocchi.¹ She married Florentin Prinz zu Salm-Salm, son of Konstantin Alexander Joseph Prinz zu Salm-Salm and Viktoria Felizitas Prinzessin zu Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rochefort, on 21 July 1810 at Schloss Napoleonshohe^G. She died on 20 December 1840 at age 45.

     Verena Gertrud Erzherzogin von Österreich was born on 21 June 1944. She was the daughter of Georg Erzherzog von Österreich and Marie Valerie Gräfin von Waldburg zu Zeil und Trauchburg. She died on 5 January 1945 at Wohlen^G.
     She gained the title of Erzherzogin von Österreich. She was given the name of Verena Gertrud Marie Josepha Christine Elisabeth Georgine Walburga Paula Johanna Gabriele Aloysia von Habsburg-Lothringen at birth.

     Ernest Sylvester lived at Midnapore, Alberta, Canada^G.¹

     Sir Derrick Julius Wernher, 2nd Bt. was born on 7 June 1889.¹ He was the son of Sir Julius Charles Wernher, 1st Bt. and Alice Sedgwick Mankiewicz.¹ He married Theodora Anna Romanoff, daughter of Nikita Romanoff, on 14 December 1922.¹ He died on 6 March 1948 at age 58, as the result of an accident.¹
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.¹ He was educated at Balliol College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England.¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Wernher, of Lutton Hoo Park, co. Bedford [U.K., 1905] on 21 May 1912.² He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the Hertfordshire Yeomanry.¹ He fought in the First World War between 1914 and 1919.¹
