Catherine Powell was born circa 1770.1 She was the daughter of Reverend Gervas Powell.1 She married Sir George Glyn, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Richard Glyn, 1st Bt. and Susannah Lewen, on 11 June 1796.1 She died on 15 December 1844.1
From 11 June 1796, her married name became Glyn.1
