     Eleanor Wortley was the daughter of Sir Richard Wortley and Elizabeth Boughton.2 She married, firstly, Sir Henry Lee, 1st Bt. before 1634.1 She married, secondly, Edward Radcliffe, 6th Earl of Sussex, son of Sir Humphrey Radcliffe and Isabel Harvey, on 22 March 1634.1 She married, thirdly, Robert Rich, 2nd Earl of Warwick, son of Robert Rich, 1st Earl of Warwick and Lady Penelope Devereux, on 30 March 1646.1 She married, fourthly, Edward Montagu, 2nd Earl of Manchester, son of Henry Montagu, 1st Earl of Manchester and Catharine Spencer, circa 1659.1 She died on 20 January 1666/67.1
     From before 1634, her married name became Lee.1 She succeeded as the Countess of Sussex on 22 March 1634.
