Sir James Harington, 7th Bt. was born on 6 August 1726.1 He was the son of Sir James Harington, 6th Bt. and Catherine Boucher.2 He married Anna Ashenhurst, daughter of James Ashenhurst and Hannah (?).1 He died on 17 January 1793 at age 66.1
