     Adelaide Ellinor Hughes was the daughter of Hugh Robert Hughes.2 She married Rear-Admiral Hon. Walter Bourchier Devereux, son of Henry Fleming Lea Devereux, 14th Viscount Hereford and Frances Elizabeth Cornewall, on 10 November 1856.1 She died on 30 December 1916.1
     From 10 November 1856, her married name became Devereux.

     Walter de Laci Devereux was born on 18 December 1864.1 He was the son of Rear-Admiral Hon. Walter Bourchier Devereux and Adelaide Ellinor Hughes.2 He married Blanche Isobel Johnston, daughter of W. H. Johnston, on 30 May 1893.1 He died on 17 June 1959 at age 94.1

     From 30 May 1893, her married name became Devereux.

     He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the South Staffordshire Regiment (TF.)1

     Lt.-Col. Robert de Bohun Devereux was born on 19 April 1897.1 He was the son of Walter de Laci Devereux and Blanche Isobel Johnston.2 He married Enid Marion Watkins, daughter of General Sir Henry Bulkley Burlton Watkins, on 25 July 1925.1 He died on 18 June 1981 at age 84.1,3
     He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches twice.1 He was appointed Member, Order of the British Empire (M.B.E.)1 He gained the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Scots.1 He fought in the Second World War.1
