Winifred Hamilton.1 He married, firstly, Miriam Antoinette Caccia-Birch, daughter of Anthony William Fabio Caccia-Birch and Nancy Mary Williams, on 19 April 1956.2 He and Miriam Antoinette Caccia-Birch were divorced in 1973.2 He married, secondly, Lucy Gough, daughter of Most Rev. Hugh Rowlands Gough and Hon. Madeline Elizabeth Kinnaird, on 2 December 1982.2 He died on 24 June 2005 at age 80.3
