     Sir Ronald Frederick Hamilton Hay of Alderston, 12th Bt. was born in 1941.2 He is the son of Sir Ronald Nelson Hay of Alderston, 11th Bt. and Rita Munyard.2 He married Kathleen Thake, daughter of John Thake, in 1978.2
     He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Hay, of Alderston, East Lothian [N.S., 1703] in 1988.1 He lived in 2003 at Aspendale, Victoria, AustraliaG.2
