     Thomas Foley, 2nd Baron Foley of Kidderminster was born circa 1705.¹ He was the son of Thomas Foley, 1st Baron Foley of Kidderminster and Mary Strode.² He died on 8 January 1766, unmarried.¹
     He graduated from Christ Church, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England^G, with a Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.)¹ He succeeded as the 2nd Baron Foley of Kidderminster, co. Worcester [G.B., 1712] on 22 January 1732/33.¹ On his death his Barony expired.¹
