     Margaret de Berkeley was the daughter of Thomas de Berkeley, 1st Lord Berkeley and Joan de Ferrers.1 She married, secondly, Reynald Russel.2 She married, firstly, Thomas fitz Maurice, son of Maurice fitz John and Mathilda de Barry, before 7 February 1283/84.3 She died after 1320.3
     Her married name became Russel.2

     Sir John Christian William Birkin, 6th Bt. was born on 2 July 1953.1 He is the son of Sir Charles Lloyd Birkin, 5th Bt. and Janet Ramsey Johnson.2 He married Emma Louise Gage, daughter of Roger Leonard Gage, on 25 June 1994.1
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin University, Dublin, County Dublin, IrelandG.1 He was educated at London Film School, London, EnglandG.1 He succeeded as the 6th Baronet Birkin, of Ruddington Grange, Nottingham [U.K., 1905] on 8 November 1985.1 He was a director of Compound Eye Productions in 1987.1 He was a freelance TV producer and director.1 He lived in 2003 at Place Barton, Ashton, Exeter, Devon, EnglandG.1
