     Charles Willoughby, 4th Lord Willoughby of Parham was born on 25 December 1681.1 He was the son of Francis Willoughby and Eleanor Rothwell.1 He married Hester Davenport, daughter of Henry Davenport.1 He died on 12 June 1715 at age 33.1
     He succeeded as the 4th Lord Willoughby of Parham [E., 1680] on 13 April 1713.1
