     Sir Francis Loring Gwynne-Evans, 4th Bt. was born on 22 February 1914.¹ He was the son of Sir Evan Gwynne Gwynne-Evans, 2nd Bt. and Ada Jane Andrews.² He married, firstly, Elisabeth fforde fforde-Tipping, daughter of J. fforde-Tipping, on 9 October 1937.¹ He and Elisabeth fforde fforde-Tipping were divorced in 1958.¹ He married, secondly, Gloria Marie Reynolds, daughter of Thomas Reynolds, in 1958.¹ He died on 29 December 1993 at age 79.¹
