Peter Jeremy Pelly was born on 2 December 1930.1 He was the son of Captain Gilbert Cecil Pelly and Constance Margery Glazebrook.2 He married Dorothy Joan Hill, daughter of Captain Thomas William Robert Hill and Betty Dick-Cunyngham, on 14 February 1953.1 He died on 11 September 2018 at age 87.3
