Thomas Coningsby was the son of Bennet Coningsby and Martha (?)2 He died between 24 July 1699 and 14 July 1701 at Grendon Waren, Herefordshire, EnglandG.3,2 He was buried at St. Michaels Church, Felton.3,2 His will was proven (by probate) on 14 July 1701.
His last will was dated 24 July 1699 Leaves annual annuity to his mother; daughter martha £500; daughter Elizabeth £400; Eldest Son Thomas £300; Four younger Sons, John, George, Charles and Bennet £200; to his wife Chrsogen all his plate goods, household goods and remainder of his estate. father in law John Eymes of Pershore 5 guineas.

Duncomb refers to him as Captain Thomas Coningsby by reference to the tomb stone at Felton Church of St Michaels:-
'Here lyeth the body of Captain Thomas Coningsby, of Morton Baggot, in the county of Warwick, esq, being the eldest family of that name. He died June 18, 1690.2'
