     Cicely Maud Slade was born on 29 April 1864.1 She was the daughter of Wyndham Slade and Cicely Neave.2 She married Colonel William Kenyon Mitford, son of William Townley Mitford and Hon. Margaret Emma Kenyon, on 1 June 1886 at Pimlico, London, England.1,3 She died on 18 March 1960 at age 95.1
     From 1 June 1886, her married name became Mitford.

     James Slade was baptised on 9 February 1735 at Burstock, Dorset, EnglandG.2 He was the son of Henry Slade and Mary Case.1 He married Elizabeth Davies.2 He died circa February 1807 at Homerton, London, EnglandG.2 His will was proven (by probate) on 14 March 1807.2
     He was with the Navy Pay Office.2 His last will was dated 13 February 1807.2
