     Cicely Maud Slade was born on 29 April 1864.¹ She was the daughter of Wyndham Slade and Cicely Neave.² She married Colonel William Kenyon Mitford, son of William Townley Mitford and Hon. Margaret Emma Kenyon, on 1 June 1886 at Pimlico, London, England.^1,3 She died on 18 March 1960 at age 95.¹
     From 1 June 1886, her married name became Mitford.

     Colonel William Kenyon Mitford was born on 7 October 1857 at Marylebone, London, England.² He was the son of William Townley Mitford and Hon. Margaret Emma Kenyon. He married Cicely Maud Slade, daughter of Wyndham Slade and Cicely Neave, on 1 June 1886 at Pimlico, London, England.^1,2 He died on 20 September 1943 at age 85.¹
