     Sir Rolf Dudley-Williams, 1st Bt. was born on 17 June 1908.1 He was the son of Arthur Henry Williams and Minnie Jane Edgcumbe.1 He married Margaret Helen Robinson, daughter of Frederick Eaton Robinson, on 20 May 1940.1 He died in 1987.1
     He was given the name of Rolf Dudley Williams at birth.2 On 29 June 1964 his name was legally changed to Rolf Dudley-Williams by Deed Poll.2 He was created 1st Baronet Dudley-Williams, of the City and County of Exeter [U.K.] on 2 July 1964.1

     He was educated at Nautical College, Pangbourne, Berkshire, EnglandG.1 He was a director of Wildcast Consultants in 1986.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Dudley-Williams, of the City and County of Exeter [U.K., 1964] in 1987.1 He lived in 2003 at The Old Manse, South Petherton, Somerset, EnglandG.1
