     Irene Matilda Nunes was the daughter of Ralph Nunes.2 She married John Alexander Duntze, son of Admiral John Alexander Duntze and Maria del Rosario Ramirez y Balasco, on 9 January 1878.1 She died in 1923.1
     From 9 January 1878, her married name became Duntze.

     John Alexander Ralph Duntze was born on 16 November 1878.1 He was the son of John Alexander Duntze and Irene Matilda Nunes.2 He married, firstly, Carrie Fairchild Godfrey, daughter of Edward J. Godfrey, on 15 February 1905.1 He married, secondly, Louise Marie Berthelon on 14 March 1929.1 He died on 5 May 1950 at age 71.1
     He fought in the Spanish-American War in 1898.1 He gained the rank of officer in the 22nd Regiment Engineers NGNY, U.S. Army.1

     Sir John Duntze, 7th Bt. was born on 13 November 1909.1 He was the son of John Alexander Ralph Duntze and Carrie Fairchild Godfrey.2 He married Emily Ellsworth Harlow, daughter of Elmer Ellsworth Harlow, on 30 December 1935.1 He died in 1987, without issue.1
     He was a mechanical engineer with Perkin-Elmer Corp at Norwalk, Connecticut, U.S.A.G.1 He succeeded as the 7th Baronet Duntze, of Tiverton, co. Devon [G.B., 1774] in 1985.1
