Julia Henrietta Dobbs was the daughter of Reverend Richard Stewart Dobbs and Harriet Macauley.2 She married Charles Pelly, son of Sir John Henry Pelly, 1st Bt. and Emma Boulton, on 18 April 1839.3 She died in 1886.3
