Reverend Ernest Celestine Tollemache1

     Reverend Ernest Celestine Tollemache was born on 7 January 1838.2 He was the son of Rev. Hon. Hugh Francis Tollemache and Matilda Hume.1 He married Henrietta Maria Dixon, daughter of Colonel Henry Dixon, on 8 November 1870.2 He died on 16 December 1880 at age 42.2
     He was Vicar at Well, Bedale, Yorkshire, England.2 He graduated from Pembroke College, Oxford University, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England, with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)2

     Mary Smyth was the daughter of Rt. Rev. William Smyth.2 She married Thomas Burgh, son of Rt. Rev. Ulysses Burgh and Mary Kingsmill.1 She died on 23 October 1753.1
     Her married name became Burgh.

Henrietta Maria Dixon1

     Henrietta Maria Dixon was the daughter of Colonel Henry Dixon.2 She married Reverend Ernest Celestine Tollemache, son of Rev. Hon. Hugh Francis Tollemache and Matilda Hume, on 8 November 1870.3 She died on 16 December 1907.3
     From 8 November 1870, her married name became Tollemache.1

Matilda Hume1

     Matilda Hume was baptised on 8 January 1805 at Notting Hill, London, England.2 She was the daughter of Joseph Hume and Alexia Corney.3,2 She married Rev. Hon. Hugh Francis Tollemache, son of Sir William Talmash, Lord Huntingtower and Catherine Rebecca Gray, on 22 June 1824 at Paddington, London, England.4 She died on 29 November 1873 at age 68.4
     From 22 June 1824, her married name became Tollemache.1
