Dr. Oswald Ashton Wentworth Dilke was born on 26 April 1915.1 He was the son of Clement Wentworth Dilke and Marie Hilda Jessie Phelps.2 He married Margaret Sterndale Williamson, daughter of George Williamson, on 9 August 1949.1 He died on 10 July 1993 at age 78.1
