Timothy Henry Decie was born on 14 February 1811.1 He was the son of Rickard Deasy and Mary Anne Cotten.2 He married Catherine Hale Prescott, daughter of Sir George Beeston Prescott, 2nd Bt. and Catherine Crichton Mills, on 17 August 1831.1 He died in January 1840 at age 28.1

Sir George Beeston Prescott, 2nd Bt. was born on 11 February 1775.2 He was the son of Sir George William Prescott, 1st Bt. and Sarah Long. He married Catherine Crichton Mills, daughter of Sir Thomas Mills and Elizabeth Moffatt.2 He died on 25 October 1840 at age 65 at Theobald's Park, Hertfordshire, England.2
He succeeded as the 2nd Baronet Prescott, of Theobald's Park [G.B., 1794] in 1801.

Henry Edward Decie was born on 23 May 1832.1 He was the son of Timothy Henry Decie and Catherine Hale Prescott.2
He was celebrated both for gun-running and for his yacht Camilla (he won the Atlantic Cup with this yacht under the name America in 1851), and which he later sold to Confederate Army during the American Civil War.1 He sold Phale estate on 15 June 1860.1
