Sir Robert Kemp, 3rd Bt. was born on 25 January 1667.2 He was the son of Sir Robert Kemp, 2nd Bt. and Mary Soane. He married, firstly, Letitia King, daughter of Sir Robert King. He married, secondly, Mary Elizabeth Brand, daughter of John Brand.2 He married, thirdly, Martha Blackwell, daughter of William Blackwell, after 1710.2 He married, fourthly, Amy Philips, daughter of Richard Philips, on 9 July 1728.2 He died on 18 December 1734 at age 67.2
He gained the title of 3rd Baronet Kemp, of Gissing, co. Norfolk.
