Captain Talbot John Considine was born on 30 November 1884.2 He was the son of Sir Heffernan James Fritz Joseph John Considine and Emily Mary Talbot.2 He married Mary White, daughter of Colonel William John White and Anna Considine, on 16 January 1920.2 He died on 3 April 1937 at age 52.2
