     Evelyn Bertie Charlotte Maitland Makgill Crichton was the daughter of David Maitland Makgill Crichton and Emily Bailey.1 She married Hon. Kenelm Pleydell-Bouverie, son of Jacob Pleydell-Bouverie, 4th Earl of Radnor and Lady Mary Augusta Frederica Grimston, on 1 June 1905.1 She died on 24 March 1936.1
     Her married name became Pleydell-Bouverie.

     David Maitland Makgill Crichton was born on 24 March 1854 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG.2 He was the son of Charles Julian Maitland Makgill Crichton of Rankeillour and Anna Campbell Jarvis.1 He was baptised on 1 June 1854 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, ScotlandG.2 He married Emily Bailey, daughter of Charles Drummond Bailey, on 9 December 1875.1 He died on 25 December 1889 at age 35.1
     He gained the rank of officer in the 78th Highlanders.1

     Her married name became Maitland Makgill Crichton.

     Charles Julian Maitland Makgill Crichton of Rankeillour was born on 15 May 1828 at Collessie, Fife, ScotlandG.2 He was the son of David Maitland Makgill Crichton of Rankeillour and Eleanor Julian Hog.1 He was baptised on 12 June 1828 at Collessie, Fife, ScotlandG.2 He married Anna Campbell Jarvis, daughter of James Nibbs Jarvis and Colina Georgiana Lorne Campbell, on 24 December 1851 at Duddingston, Midlothian, Scotland.1,3 He died on 22 January 1858 at age 29.1

     Anna Campbell Jarvis was the daughter of James Nibbs Jarvis and Colina Georgiana Lorne Campbell.1,2 She married, firstly, Charles Julian Maitland Makgill Crichton of Rankeillour, son of David Maitland Makgill Crichton of Rankeillour and Eleanor Julian Hog, on 24 December 1851 at Duddingston, Midlothian, Scotland.1,3 She married, secondly, Edward Everard Rushworth on 8 June 1871.1 She died on 6 August 1907.1
     From 24 December 1851, her married name became Maitland Makgill Crichton. From 8 June 1871, her married name became Rushworth.

James Nibbs Jarvis1

     James Nibbs Jarvis was born on 5 September 1794.2 He was the son of Thomas Jarvis and Jane Whitehead.2 He was baptised on 10 January 1795.2 He married Colina Georgiana Lorne Campbell, daughter of John Campbell of Kinloch and Ann Trapaud Campbell, on 3 February 1831 at Little Dunkeld, Perthshire, Scotland.2 He died in August 1842 at age 47, at sea.2
     He held the office of Colonial Secretary [Tobago].1 He held the office of Member of the Supreme Council [Tobago].1 He gained the rank of Commander in the Royal Navy.1

     He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.)1 He held the office of Lieutenant-Governor of Jamaica.1 He graduated with a Doctor of Civil Law (D.C.L.)1

     David Maitland Makgill Crichton of Rankeillour was born on 4 March 1801 at Collessie, Fife, ScotlandG.2 He was the son of Charles Maitland and Mary Johnston.3 He was baptised on 17 April 1801 at Collessie, Fife, ScotlandG.2 He married, firstly, Eleanor Julian Hog, daughter of Thomas Hog of Newliston and Mary Stuart, on 7 August 1827.3 He married, secondly, Esther Coventry, daughter of Andrew Coventry, on 2 December 1834.3 He died on 11 July 1851 at age 50.3
     He was given the name of David Maitland at birth.1 In 1837 his name was legally changed to David Maitland Makgill Crichton.2

     Eleanor Julian Hog was born on 24 February 1801.2 She was the daughter of Thomas Hog of Newliston and Mary Stuart.1,3 She was baptised on 24 March 1801 at Kirkliston, West Lothian, Scotland.3,2 She married David Maitland Makgill Crichton of Rankeillour, son of Charles Maitland and Mary Johnston, on 7 August 1827.1 She died in January 1833 at age 31.1
     Her married name became Maitland.
