     Marianne Caroline Dashwood was born on 18 July 1856.² She was the daughter of George Astley Charles Dashwood and Hon. Harriet Anne Bateman-Hanbury.³ She was baptised on 30 October 1856 at Sproughton, Suffolk, England.² She married Edward Burtenshaw Sugden, 2nd Baron St. Leonards, son of Hon. Henry Sugden and Marianne Cookson, on 5 December 1876 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.^1,2 She died on 12 November 1947 at age 91.¹
     From 5 December 1876, her married name became Sugden.^1,2 After her marriage, Marianne Caroline Dashwood was styled as Baroness St. Leonards on 5 December 1876.

     Edward Burtenshaw Sugden, 2nd Baron St. Leonards was born on 12 August 1847.² He was the son of Hon. Henry Sugden and Marianne Cookson.³ He married Marianne Caroline Dashwood, daughter of George Astley Charles Dashwood and Hon. Harriet Anne Bateman-Hanbury, on 5 December 1876 at St. George Hanover Square, London, England.^1,4 He died in 1908.⁵
     He succeeded as the 2nd Baron St. Leonards, of Slaugham, co. Sussex [U.K., 1852] on 29 January 1875.³

     Emma Sophia Dashwood was born in 1858 at Samford, Suffolk, England.² She was the daughter of George Astley Charles Dashwood and Hon. Harriet Anne Bateman-Hanbury.³ She died in 1863 at Ipswich, Suffolk, England, young.^1,2

     Major Frederick Loftus Dashwood was born on 13 October 1824.¹ He was the son of Sir George Dashwood, 4th Bt. and Sarah Marianne Rowley.² He married Lucy Amelia Clinton on 7 February 1871.¹ He died on 12 October 1902 at age 77, without issue.¹
     He gained the rank of Major in the 16th Lancers.¹ He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Oxfordshire.¹

     Lucy Amelia Clinton married Major Frederick Loftus Dashwood, son of Sir George Dashwood, 4th Bt. and Sarah Marianne Rowley, on 7 February 1871.¹
     From 7 February 1871, her married name became Dashwood.

     Emma Philadelphia Dashwood was the daughter of Sir George Dashwood, 4th Bt. and Sarah Marianne Rowley.² She married Granville Robert Henry Somerset, son of Rt. Hon. Lord Granville Charles Henry Somerset and Hon. Emily Smith, on 18 August 1857.¹ She died on 9 March 1906.¹
     From 18 August 1857, her married name became Somerset.

     Giuseppe Sportoletti Baduel married Marcella Teresa Maria Scarafia, daughter of Marcello Cesare Scarafia.¹

     Granville Robert Henry Somerset was the son of Rt. Hon. Lord Granville Charles Henry Somerset and Hon. Emily Smith.^2,1 He married Emma Philadelphia Dashwood, daughter of Sir George Dashwood, 4th Bt. and Sarah Marianne Rowley, on 18 August 1857.¹ He died on 23 March 1881, without issue.¹

     Sir Edward John Francis Dashwood, 12th Bt. was born on 25 September 1964.¹ He is the son of Sir Francis John Vernon Hereward Dashwood, 11th Bt. and Victoria Ann Elizabeth Gwynne de Rutzen.² He married Lucinda Nell Miesegaes, daughter of Gerrard Herman Francis Miesegaes, on 10 April 1989.¹

Bucks [G.B., 1707] on 9 March 2000.¹ He lived in 2003 at West Wycombe Park, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England^G.¹
