John Stuart1

     John Stuart was born on 23 August 1777 at Fort Hunter, Montgomery County, New York, U.S.A.G.2 He was the son of Dr. John Stuart and Jane Okill.2 He married Sophia Jones, daughter of Hon. Ephraim Jones, on 21 January 1803.2 He died on 23 May 1829 at age 51 at Brockville, Ontario, CanadaG.2 He was buried on 25 May 1829 at Blue Church Yard, Augusta, CanadaG.2
     He held the office of Sheriff of the Johnstown District, Upper Canada between 1814 and 1829.2

     Her married name became Stannard.1 From 1906, her married name became Cross.2

     Katherine von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel was born circa 1488. She was the daughter of Heinrich I Herzog von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel and Katherine von Pommern-Wolgast. She married Magnus I Herzog von Sachsen-Lauenburg, son of Johann V Herzog von Sachsen-Lauenburg and Dorothea von Brandenburg, on 20 November 1509 at Wolfenbüttel, Niedersachsen, Germany. She died on 19 June 1563.

     Heinrich I Herzog von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel was born on 24 June 1463. He was the son of Wilhelm II Herzog von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel-Kalenberg and Elisabeth zu Stolberg-Wernigerode.1 He married Katherine von Pommern-Wolgast, daughter of Eric II Herzog von Pommern-Wolgast and Sophie von Ober-Pommern, in August 1486. He died on 23 June 1514 at age 50 at Leer-Orz, GermanyG, killed in action.
     Heinrich I Herzog von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel also went by the nick-name of Heinrich 'the Elder'.1 He was a member of the House of Guelph.1 He succeeded as the Herzog von Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel in 1495.1 He fought in the siege of Leer-Orz in June 1514.

     Hon. Sir Charles Andrew Morrison was born on 25 June 1932.2 He was the son of Major John Granville Morrison, 1st Baron Margadale and Hon. Margaret Esther Lucie Smith.1,2 He married, firstly, Hon. Antoinette Sara Frances Sibell Long, daughter of Major Walter Francis David Long, 2nd Viscount Long and Frances Laura Charteris, on 28 October 1954.1 He and Hon. Antoinette Sara Frances Sibell Long were divorced in 1984.1 He married, secondly, Rosalind Elizabeth Lygon, daughter of Hon. Richard Edward Lygon and Patricia Janet Norman, in 1984.3,4 He and Rosalind Elizabeth Lygon were divorced in 1999.2 He died on 9 May 2005 at age 72, from cancer.5
     He was educated at Eton College, Windsor, Berkshire, England.2 He gained the rank of 2nd Lieutenant in the Life Guards.2 He was educated at Cambridge University, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England.2 He gained the rank of Captain between 1952 and 1966 in the Royal Wiltshire Yeomanry (TA.)2 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.)
