Sir Thomas Crawley-Boevey, 2nd Bt. was born on 14 February 1743/44.2 He was the son of Thomas Crawley-Boevey and Susanna Lloyd.2 He was baptised on 13 March 1743/44 at Flaxley Abbey, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.2 He married Ann Savage, daughter of Reverend Thomas Savage and Eleanor Barrow, on 20 February 1769 at St. Michael's, Gloucester, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.2 He died on 11 August 1818 at age 74 at Flaxley Abbey, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.2 He was buried on 18 August 1818 at Flaxley Abbey, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.2 His will was proven (by probate) in September 1818.2
