Georgiana Caroline Mary Williams was the daughter of Lt.-Col. Richard Michael Williams and Georgiana Sophia Phillpotts.2 She married Anthony Ernest Henley, 5th Baron Henley of Chardstock, son of Anthony Henley, 3rd Baron Henley of Chardstock and Julia Augusta Peel, on 17 August 1882.1 She died on 26 August 1888, without issue.1

Richard Michael Williams and Georgiana Sophia Phillpotts, on 17 August 1882.1 He married, secondly, Emmeline Stuart Maitland, daughter of George Gammie Maitland, on 12 September 1889.2 He died on 23 October 1925 at age 67.2
