Lieutenant Robert Reginald Fairfax Wade-Palmer1

     Lieutenant Robert Reginald Fairfax Wade-Palmer was born on 14 October 1878 at London, England.2 He was the son of Fairfax Blomfield Wade-Palmer and Ruth Harriet Pym.3,2 He married Iris Harriet Helena Winnington, daughter of Sir Francis Salwey Winnington, 5th Bt. and Jane Spencer-Churchill, on 27 April 1909 at St. Margaret's, Westminster, London, England.1,2 He and Iris Harriet Helena Winnington were divorced in 1922.1 He died in 1946 at Bedford, Bedfordshire, England.2
     He was given the name of Robert Reginald Fairfax Wade at birth.2 In 1898 his name was legally changed to Robert Reginald Fairfax Wade-Palmer.2 He fought in the First World War.2 He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the 3rd Reserve Regiment Cavalry.1

     Patrick Boyle of Polruskane was the son of John Boyle of Kelburn.1 He married Agnes Fraser.1 He died before 1549.1
     He fought in the Battle of Pinkie on 10 September 1547, where he may have been killed.1

Sir John Maxwell of Pollok1

     Sir John Maxwell of Pollok is the son of Sir John Maxwell of Cowglen and Elizabeth Maxwell of Pollok.2 He married, firstly, Margaret Cuninghame, daughter of William Cuninghame, 5th of Caprington and Agnes Hamilton, in 1569.2 He and Marjory Edmonstone obtained a marriage license on 17 September 1592.2 He died on 7 December 1593 at Lockerbie, Dumfries-shire, ScotlandG, killed in action.2
     He fought in the Battle of Lockerby on 7 December 1593, a Johnstone victory in feud between that family and the Maxwells.2
