Mary Anne Clement was the daughter of Colonel John Albeck Clement.2 She married Sir Thomas Swinnerton Dyer, 9th Bt., son of Maj.-Gen. Sir John Dyer and Jane Halliday, on 7 February 1832.1 She died on 9 February 1880.1

Sir John Swinnerton Dyer, 12th Bt. was born on 27 May 1891.1 He was the son of Sir Thomas Swinnerton Dyer, 11th Bt. and Dona Edith McGrigor.2 He married Maude Turner, daughter of W. H. Turner, on 21 December 1912.1 He died on 31 July 1917 at age 26, killed in action.1
He succeeded as the 12th Baronet Dyer, of Tottenham, co. Middlesex [E., 1678] on 23 August 1907.1 He fought in the First World War, where he was wounded, and was mentioned in despatches.1 He gained the rank of Captain in 1916 in the Scots Guards.1 He gained the rank of Deputy Adjutant Quartermaster-General in 1917 in the Guards Division.1 He was awarded the Military Cross (M.C.)1
