     Elizabeth Lestrange, Baroness Strange (of Blackmere) was born on 6 December 1373.1 She was the daughter of John Lestrange, 2nd Lord Strange (of Blackmere) and Isabel de Beauchamp.2 She married Thomas de Mowbray, 1st Duke of Norfolk, son of John de Mowbray, 4th Lord Mowbray and Elizabeth de Segrave, Baroness Segrave, on 15 March 1382/83.2 She died on 23 August 1383 at age 9, without issue.1
     She succeeded as the 3rd Baroness Strange, of Blackmere [E., 1360] on 3 August 1375.1 After her marriage, Elizabeth Lestrange, Baroness Strange (of Blackmere) was styled as Countess of Nottingham on 15 March 1382/83.

     Thomas de Mowbray, 4th Earl of Norfolk was born on 17 September 1385.1 He was the son of Thomas de Mowbray, 1st Duke of Norfolk and Lady Elizabeth Fitzalan.2 He married Lady Constance de Holand, daughter of John de Holand, 1st Duke of Exeter and Elizabeth Plantagenet, before 1 June 1402.3 He died on 8 June 1405 at age 19, beheaded without trial for involvement in a plot against King Henry IV.1
     He was appointed Knight before 22 September 1399.1 He held the office of Earl Marshal on 22 September 1399.1 He succeeded as the 4th Earl of Norfolk [E., 1312] on 22 September 1399.1 He succeeded as the 7th Lord Mowbray [E., 1295] on 22 September 1399.1 He succeeded as the 2nd Earl of Nottingham [E., 1383] on 22 September 1399.1 He succeeded as the 8th Lord Segrave [E., 1295] on 22 September 1399.1
