Cleveland Mervyn Keble, son of Colonel Alfred Ernest Conquer Keble and Violet Miller, on 29 November 1927.1 She married, secondly, Stephen Philp, son of Robert Charles Penny Philp, on 10 October 1953.1 She died on 14 April 1994 at age 86.1

Colonel Alfred Ernest Conquer Keble was born on 19 July 1869.2 He was the son of J. A. Keble.2 He married Violet Miller, daughter of H. C. Miller, in 1902.2 He died on 18 August 1940 at age 71.2
He was educated at Ennis College, County Clare, IrelandG.2 He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (L.R.C.P.I.) in 1890.2 He was registered as a Licentiate, Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland (L.R.C.S.I.) in 1890.2 He fought in the North-West Frontier between 1897 and 1898.2 He graduated in 1907 with a Diploma of Public Health (D.P.H.)2 He was ADMS of the Geneal Headquarters, Mediterranean Expeditionary Force between 1915 and 1916.2 He was awarded the Order of the White Eagle of Serbia in 1916 2nd class with swords.2 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1916.2 He was appointed Officer, Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem (O.St.J.) in 1917.2 He was appointed Companion, Order of St. Michael and St. George (C.M.G.) in 1918.2 He was appointed Companion, Order of the Bath (C.B.) in 1918.2 He gained the rank of Colonel in the Royal Army Medical Corps.2 He was appointed Commander, Order of the British Empire (C.B.E.) in 1922.2 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for Hampshire.2 He lived at Moortown House, Ringwood, Hampshire, EnglandG.1
