Mary Anne Henniker was the daughter of Major Henniker and Mary Phoenix.2 She married Sir Francis William Sykes, 2nd Bt., son of Sir Francis Sykes, 1st Bt. and Catherine Ridley, on 10 November 1798.1 She died on 27 February 1804.1

Sir Francis William Sykes, 3rd Bt. was born on 8 August 1799.1 He was the son of Sir Francis William Sykes, 2nd Bt. and Mary Anne Henniker.2 He married Henrietta Villebois, daughter of Henry Villebois and Eve (?), on 8 August 1821.1 He died on 6 April 1843 at age 43.1
He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Sykes, of Basildon, Berks [G.B., 1781] on 7 March 1804.1 He graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.)1
