Baron Field-Marshal unknown de Knebel married Henrietta Jane Paulet de Courcy, daughter of Lt.-Col. Hon. Gerald de Courcy and Elizabeth Carlyon Bishop, on 5 August 1851.1 He died in 1890.1

Hon. Elizabeth de Courcy was born circa 1776 at Ireland.2 She was the daughter of John de Courcy, 19th Lord Kingsale and Susan Blennerhassett.3 She married Vice-Admiral Sir Charles Dashwood, son of Robert Dashwood and Mary Sweeting, on 7 November 1799 at St. Andrew, Plymouth, Devon, England.1,4 She died on 12 June 1865.1

Vice-Admiral Sir Charles Dashwood was baptised on 1 September 1765 at Vallon Wood, Somerset, England.2 He was the son of Robert Dashwood and Mary Sweeting.2 He married Hon. Elizabeth de Courcy, daughter of John de Courcy, 19th Lord Kingsale and Susan Blennerhassett, on 7 November 1799 at St. Andrew, Plymouth, Devon, England.1,2 He died on 21 September 1847 at age 82 at Torquay, Devon, England.1,2
He was appointed Knight Commander, Order of the Bath (K.C.B.)1 He was awarded the Grand Cross, Order of the Tower and Sword of Portugal.2
